These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BioSign mobile app and website operated by BioSign (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using BioSign, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your credentials secure.

2) Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in ways that violate laws or third-party rights.

3) Content & Ownership

You retain rights to your documents. We and our licensors retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and design.

4) Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using BioSign, you consent to our data practices as described there.

5) No Legal Advice

BioSign is a UI prototype. It does not provide legal advice or create legally binding signatures unless otherwise stated.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
